京和物産株式会社（本社：東京都中央区）は、当社が実際に行った重量物輸出案件をもとに、オリジナルアニメーション作品「らぶいど。（LOVEID.）」第18話として公開いたしました。

 

今回のテーマは、

「海に落ちちゃう？！😱 その瞬間、友だちが手をつかんだ…💖｜らぶいど。第18話」

です。

本作品では、港湾荷役という専門性の高い業務を、10代の若い世代にも分かりやすく、親しみやすいアニメーションとして表現しております。

実際の輸出案件では、京和物産株式会社が担当した発電設備一式の輸出を題材にしています。

 

輸出対象となった主要機器は、

• ダイハツエンジン 6DK-36 ：57トン × 2台
• 西芝電機製発電機 NTAKL-SC とベースセット：34トン × 2台
• 各種付帯設備機器

を含み、総重量301トンにも及ぶ大型輸送案件でした。

この規模の重量物輸出を安全かつ確実に実現するためには、通常のコンテナ輸送ではなく、

在来船（Conventional Vessel）のチャーター

が必要になります。

 

さらに、船積み当日に向けて、

• 300トンクラス大型クレーン車
• 重量物輸送用特殊トレーラー
• 在来船のデッキクレーン
• 重量物専門の作業員
• 税関申告
• 大使館査証（Embassy Visa）
• 輸出スケジュール調整
• 安全管理体制

など、多岐にわたる準備を事前に完了しておく必要があります。

特に在来船の運賃（Freight Charge）は、数千万円規模に達することもあり、船積み日の遅延やキャンセルは許されません。

 

そのため、輸出プロジェクトでは、

「失敗できない現場」

として、事前準備、現場調整、安全管理、輸送技術、港湾荷役ノウハウが極めて重要となります。

Kyowa & Co., Ltd. Releases Anime Episode Based on a Real 301-Ton Heavy Cargo Export Project

— Making Complex International Heavy Equipment Logistics Easy to Understand Through “LOVEID.” Animation —

 

 

Kyowa & Co., Ltd., based in Chyu0-ku, Tokyo, Japan, has released Episode 18 of its original animation series “LOVEID.”, inspired by an actual heavy cargo export project successfully completed by the company.

The episode, titled:

“She Almost Fell Into the Ocean?! 😱 Her Friend Grabbed Her Hand… 💖 | LOVEID. Episode 18”

transforms a real heavy equipment export operation into an easy-to-understand and emotionally engaging anime story.

 

 

Through friendship, teamwork, and dramatic harbor scenes, the animation introduces the real-world complexity of international heavy cargo logistics in a way that is accessible even to younger audiences.

The original export project involved transporting a complete power generation system, including:

• DAIHATSU Engine 6DK-36: 57 tons × 2 units
• NISHISHIBA Electric Generator NTAKL-SC with base frame: 34 tons
• Various auxiliary equipment and related machinery

The total cargo weight reached 301 tons.

 

Due to the scale and weight of the cargo, transportation by standard container vessel was not possible.

Instead, the project required the chartering of a:

Conventional Vessel

to safely transport the equipment overseas.

 

For a successful shipment, extensive pre-arrangements had to be completed in advance of the loading date, including:

• 300-ton-class heavy-duty crane
• Special heavy cargo trailers
• Onboard deck cranes of the conventional vessel
• Specialized heavy lifting operators
• Customs clearance procedures
• Embassy visa arrangements
• Cargo coordination and scheduling
• Comprehensive safety management

In projects of this scale, failure or cancellation is simply not an option.

The freight cost of a chartered conventional vessel alone can amount to tens of millions of Japanese yen, making precise planning and flawless execution absolutely essential.

 

For this reason, successful heavy cargo export operations require:

advanced preparation, technical expertise, logistics coordination, and extensive port handling experience.
